You have the opportunity of engaging in a Double Breathwork Session: 

2 sessions of being a Breather and 2 sessions of being a Sitter

We require a minimum of 6 people to go ahead with the double session.

When: 20th & 21st April, 2024

Time: 8am to 8pm

Where: Toowoomba QLD region

With: Melissa L’Estrange, Wendy Bignell (certified Holotropic Breathwork® Facilitators) & Geraldine Dundon

Holotropic Breathwork®:

• Is a safe, nurturing method of self-exploration, personal empowerment and integration;
• Works with your innate inner wisdom to facilitate healing, positive transformation and wholeness;
• Is a process that combines breathing, evocative music, and release work to explore the deeper dimensions of the psyche. 

The workshop is open to anyone interested in doing deep personal work. No prior experience is necessary. Participants are offered the opportunity to experience Holotropic Breathwork® as a single event, or to deepen their breathwork experience on an ongoing basis.

Dates:

• 20^th & 21^st April, 2024: Double Breathwork Session (2 sessions of being a Breather and 2 sessions of being a Sitter – numbers permitting).  We require 6 people to commit to engaging in a double session for this to go ahead.  If numbers are not sufficient to have a double session we are prepared to run just a one day session.
• 15^th June, 2024
• 17^th August, 2024
• 19^th & 20^th October, 2024: Double Breathwork Session (2 sessions of being a Breather and 2 sessions of being a Sitter – numbers permitting.  We require a minimum of 6 people to go ahead with the double session)
• 7^th December, 2024

The program commences with a light meal at 6pm on the Friday evening followed by the Opening Circle at 7pm.

On the Saturday we gather at 8.00am for a sharing circle and commence the 1^st round of Breathwork at 9am.

Cost: $250 for the 1 day workshop &/or $500.00 for the 2 day program – all meals included (Including the Friday Evening)
